Please note: Our reservation and cancellation policy are slightly different during the TT event. Please check below for more details.

Standard Reservation Policy

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is payable two weeks before arrival through Paypal or bank transfer, sorry we cannot accept credit or debit card payments on arrival. You will receive an invoice from us at the appropriate time.

TT terms and conditions.

Please note: TT pricing & policy covers any booking which falls within the official qualifying start date to the Sunday after the official race finish. Published TT dates can be found at https://www.iomtt.com/schedule

In addition to the 50% deposit, we require full payment 10 weeks before the date of arrival. This can be made by PayPal or bank transfer. You will receive an invoice from us at the appropriate time.

 

The following applies to all bookings:

  • Check in is between 12.00 and 13.00 or after 17.00 and we ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.00 am on day of departure. Please contact us if you would like to check in earlier or later than these times and we will try to accommodate your requirements. On arrival we will need full names and addresses of all guests if not already supplied.

  • Hill House B&B is non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the garden to the rear of the House. Any charges resulting from deodorizing the property or other smoke-related maintenance shall be the financial responsibility of the occupant of said room; this includes but is not limited to false alarms with the Fire and Police service and lost revenue.

  • Damage to hotel property– We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge and will send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.

  • Removal of Hill House property. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges.

  • Pets: Sorry we can not accept visitors’ dogs however there are times when we would consider service dogs.

  • Children: Sorry, we do not have facilities for children under the age of 14 years. Over 14’s are welcome when accompanied by an adult, but will be charged as an adult. They will also have to fit within our room policy of two persons per room as we cannot provide extra beds.

  • Whilst we will make every effort to accommodate groups we do not accept Stag or Hen parties.

  • Maximum occupancy per room is two people.
